The service

PlaySolitaire.io, published by MN Media (mnmedia.io), provides a free browser-based solitaire card game. No account, registration, payment or download is required. The game is provided "as is" and "as available", for personal, non-commercial entertainment.

Acceptable use

PlaySolitaire is licensed for personal, non-commercial play only. You may not disrupt the service or misuse the contact form, and you may not scrape, crawl, harvest, or bulk-download the site or its card and visual assets, redistribute or mirror our content, or use it to train AI or for text- and data-mining — except as set out in our Copyright & DMCA Policy, which expressly permits bona fide search and AI-citation crawlers (Googlebot, Bingbot, OAI-SearchBot, PerplexityBot) to index and cite us.

Intellectual property

The site's design, card artwork, card backs, sounds, code and texts are owned by MN Media s.r.o. or used under their respective licenses, and are DMCA-protected original works. We expressly reserve our rights against text and data mining and AI/ML training under Article 4 of EU Directive 2019/790 (as implemented in Czech law) and our database rights under Directive 96/9/EC. Unauthorized copying, scraping, redistribution, or AI training is copyright infringement and we issue DMCA takedown notices — see our Copyright & DMCA Policy. You may link to the site freely.

No warranties, limited liability

We work to keep the game available and bug-free but give no guarantees. To the extent permitted by law, the publisher is not liable for damages arising from use or unavailability of a free entertainment service. Game progress is stored in your browser and can be lost if you clear your browser data.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the publisher's place of establishment in the European Union. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence remain unaffected.
